Therapy/Coaching

Therapy is available for individuals seeking mental health services. Our therapists specialize in mood disorders (anxiety, depression, panic, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, etc.), identity work, LGBTQIA+ populations, sex therapy, trauma, systemic work, and transition to young adulthood/adulthood. We accept BCBS of Illinois PPO. Please contact your insurance company prior to scheduling a session as insurance plans may vary in coverage.


Coaching is available for clients seeking 1:1 support in a variety of fields (wellness, management, career concerns, educational support). Mental health coaching can be used as supplementary mental health support. Coaching clients seeking mental health support must be under the care of a primary therapist and/or primary care provider in their respective state/country.
