Thomas Mizuno-Moore (he/him) is a coach and consultant at Mizuno Consulting. With over 20 years of experience in hospitality, he specializes in bar program development and education. He possesses a proven track record of guest satisfaction, beverage-focused event execution, program profitability, and staff training.

Thomas holds a Level 2 Certification with Distinction in Wine & Spirits from Wine & Spirit Education Trust and was named to Cheer's Magazine's 40 Under 40 in 2023. He is passionate about cocktail menu development, vendor relationships, and bartender training. He is dedicated to delivering comprehensive bar program management systems that drive success both financially and, most importantly, with exceptional hospitality.

In his spare time, Thomas enjoys traveling and trying new cuisines, hanging out with his spouse and their pets, and whipping up something in the kitchen for dinner.
